In January I attended the Black Comic Book Festival hosted by the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture for a radio magazine/podcast I executive produce called Getting to the Root. In this piece I interview black independent comic book creators about the importance of spaces like the Black Comic Book Festival and black entrepreneurship.
